If I hire you, what can I expect?

What to expect changes based on the service you’re choosing.

For 1:1 feedback sessions, you’ll pay upfront when you schedule your call. You’ll get to chat with us for one hour, and we’ll answer any questions you have about how to optimize your social media strategy and content to meet your business’s goals.

If you’re looking for a custom social media strategy, we’ll start by emailing to learn a bit more about you, schedule a call, and request payment. In our initial call, we’ll discuss your business’s unique goals. Based on this conversation, we’ll create a custom strategy and schedule a follow-up call to go over the details with you and answer any additional questions you have.

For custom template requests, we’ll start by hopping on a call you to get your brand information — colors, fonts, style, and tone — and details on what you need. Once we have that information, you’ll get a link to pay. Then, we’ll create CANVA templates you can easily fill out (and reuse) on your preferred social media platform.

How much does this service cost?

Each project is unique — we’ll create a customized quote for you based on your specific needs. That said, we also understand you want to know roughly what to budget. 

Each 1:1 feedback session is $100, charged upfront when you schedule your session.

For social media strategy, pricing starts at $250-400.

Social media template pricing depends on the number of channels and templates requested. The pricing for this starts at $300 for up to 5 templates on up to 2 channels (that’s 5 templates per channel, so 10 total).

Please note that these are is a baseline prices, and may be increased if you require additional consulting or templates.

How long does the process take?

For 1:1 sessions, you’ll usually be able to find time on the calendar within the month — you can select the time that works best for you, based on our availability. See what times are open at the link above.

Custom social media strategy services and template services usually take between 1-2 months, depending on the amount of time it takes to gather your information and schedule the calls.

In our experience, delays usually come from clients needing additional time to reply to emails or schedule calls. If you have a hard deadline, getting back to us within 48 hours will ensure the fastest turnaround. If you require additional time, causing delays, it may delay the final project equally.

What's included (and what's not)?

When you hire us, you get our professional advice (backed by years of experience) and design skills. For consulting work, you’ll either get one or two calls with us, and access to your call recordings.

For custom templates, we are also able to include stock images if needed, but we always prefer to use your own client photos, images of pets, or other personal visuals you’ve gathered or created. Don’t worry about these being perfect — we’ll edit and format them appropriately for social channels.

These services do not include social media management, or posting any content to your platforms.
