What Happens Next?

Once we receive your responses, we’ll read through them, and if we have any follow up questions we’ll let you know. Otherwise, we’ll get you a formal estimate based on your needs, so you have an accurate idea of what your site will cost. If that looks good, and you decide to proceed, we’ll bill you for 50% of that cost as a deposit, with the remainder due upon the launch of the site.

As soon as we receive your deposit, we’ll slate your project into our calendar and we’ll schedule a kick off meeting to begin brainstorming some design ideas for your site!

We’ll put together 3 different homepage looks / styles, and then share the links with you for your feedback. Usually, we put sample copy on these (so don’t pay TOO much attention to the words… focus on the design) though if you love something, we can leave it! Once we settle on the final design we can update the copy, and make sure you are happy with that too.

The homepage designs we send you are not “just pick one” — that is, if you like parts of option A, and parts of option B but hate option C tell us that and we’ll combine A and B! Our goal is to create something you love.

Once the home page is finalized, we’ll move on to the other pages on the site, either with me drafting the design and then you filling in copy OR us writing the content together (and then me placing it into a design). Those designs will be based on the design of the homepage, but as we go let me know if there are things you’d like us to change or refine.

Everything comes up with up 2 rounds of revisions!
