What Happens Next?

Once we receive your responses, we’ll read through them, and if we have any follow up questions we’ll let you know. Otherwise, we’ll begin with a short call to talk about your business and brand. Then we’ll put together an estimate for your project and send it to you for approval. Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll invoice you for the first month as a retainer.

As soon as we receive your deposit, we’ll slate your project into our calendar and we’ll schedule a kick off meeting to review the kind of social media templates we create and discuss your business’s unique strategy.

Based on this conversation, we’ll create the first 1-2 weeks of content, and give you access to our social media management platform, where you can review and approve content moving forward. We’ll also schedule monthly strategy meetings to review upcoming content needs and, depending on the level of support you’ve requested, record video content that we’ll edit and post to your channels.

At the end of the month, you’ll receive an analytics report that shows how your social media channels are performing, so we can make data-driven decisions around future strategies.
